Dr. Gerilyn M. Alfe, DMD, MBA

Founder · Get Ahead Coaching & Consulting

Three back surgeries forced Dr. Alfe out of the chair after 25 years — but not before she built and operated two highly successful dental practices, including Chicago Smile Spa, which she launched in 2005, ran fee-for-service for 21 years, and grew to 100% insurance-independence with a team closing 90% of treatment plans. She has taught and mentored thousands of dentists in communication, clinical skills, leadership, profitability, and operations. After earning her Executive MBA with Honors from JWMI in 2019, she founded Get Ahead Coaching & Consulting to help other dentists become independent, profitable, and experience double-digit growth with double-digit OH% drops year over year.
