Bryan Greene has spent his career inside dental operations, on both sides of the question this panel asks. As a Director and later Vice President of Operations for a national dental organization with over 1,000 locations, he personally oversaw more than 100 practices and earned company awards for top scorecard performance, highest EBITDA, and the lowest team turnover with the highest engagement scores in his market. Today he works on the independent side as founder and CEO of Dental Mastery Dynamics, an AI-powered operations coaching platform built on real operator experience.

Jena E. Taft is Senior Counsel in Dykema's Dallas office, providing pragmatic legal counsel and serving as outside General Counsel to dental support organizations, dental practices, MedSpas, and other healthcare entities. Her understanding of client priorities stems from extensive in-house experience across an eight-hospital system, a medical group, and several DSOs — including overseeing operations, compliance, and corporate insurance programs for a large national DSO with hundreds of locations. Jena has substantial experience with private equity investments in DSOs, including managing due diligence and directing outside counsel M&A teams.
